The City of Aliso Viejo Municipal Code is currently under review and construction and is scheduled for completion before the end of this fiscal year. To obtain information regarding the City's rules and regulations, please refer to the Orange County Code which was adopted by the City as required by law upon incorporation, and subsequent City Ordinances adopted by the City Council since incorporation to replace some of the provisions contained in the County Code. It is our intent to adopt a Municipal Code that is complete, accurate and reflects the City’s goals and policies for a safe and beautiful community.
